Annapolis, MD – Dan Nadash, a Principal at the Potomac Energy Fund, was recently named to the Advisory Board of the Maryland Clean Energy Center. The Advisory Board was created by the Maryland Clean Energy Center to facilitate dialogue with its stakeholders, to coalesce industry leaders, to advocate for appropriate policy, and to generate support for the sustainability of the organization.

Created by an act of the Maryland General Assembly in 2008, the Maryland Clean Energy Center is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to growing the state’s clean energy economy. The Center, which is headquartered at the University of Maryland Shady Grove, is working to promote clean energy economic development; encourage deployment of clean energy technologies; assist newly developed technologies through pilot projects; collect, analyze and disseminate industry data; and provide outreach and technical support to further the clean energy industry in Maryland. The Center's program priorities range from technology commercialization and business incubation to workforce development and training, with the expectation that these efforts will improve the health economy and environment of the State.
